In this role, you will help set up, manage, and facilitate a successful event experience by supporting the event team in various logistical tasks. Your contributions will ensure that every event runs smoothly, providing an engaging and memorable experience for attendees while promoting our mission to empower first-generation college students.

Event Support Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Event Setup: Assist in the setup and preparation for events by organizing signage, arranging tables and chairs, setting up equipment, and ensuring the event space is ready for attendees.
• On-Site Support: Help manage the logistics during events by providing real-time assistance with activities, welcoming guests, answering questions, directing attendees, and facilitating the smooth operation of the event.
• Activity Assistance: Support event-specific activities such as managing stalls, assisting with ticket sales, handling cash, or running event booths.
• Post-Event Breakdown: Help with event cleanup by taking down signage, packing away tables and chairs, disassembling equipment, and ensuring the event space is returned to its original condition.
• Feedback Collection: Engage with attendees to collect feedback using surveys, comment cards, or informal conversations to help improve future events.

Event Support Specialist Qualifications
