In this role, you will design, plan, and execute engaging fundraising events that inspire donors and supporters to contribute to our cause. Your efforts will help drive our fundraising goals, while ensuring that our donors feel connected to our mission through meaningful and impactful events.

Event Fundraiser Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events such as galas, auctions, virtual fundraisers, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and funds for iLevelUP.
  • Donor Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with attendees, sponsors, and donors through personalized event invitations, follow-up communications, and ongoing engagement.
  • Sponsorship & Partnerships: Identify and secure event sponsorships from corporate partners, community organizations, and individual donors to maximize event impact and financial success.
  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts to drive attendance and donations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that all events are cost-effective while maximizing fundraising potential.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of each event by collecting feedback, tracking donations, and providing reports on event outcomes, donor participation, and overall impact.
