Role Summary: iLevelUP, an innovative initiative under Believe in Me, is seeking a talented and creative Volunteer Video Producer to manage video production projects from concept development to final editing. In this role, you will ensure impactful visual storytelling that aligns with iLevelUP’s mission to empower first-generation college students. You will oversee all aspects of video production, ensuring high-quality content for events, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Video Producer Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Video Production Management: Plan, manage, and execute all stages of video production, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and resource allocation.
• Content Creation: Develop multimedia content, including promotional videos, event coverage, and social media videos that enhance iLevelUP’s storytelling and outreach efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure video content aligns with organizational goals and messaging.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Plan video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and coordinating equipment, crew, and talent.
• Post-Production: Oversee the editing process, incorporating audio, graphics, and special effects to deliver polished final videos.
• Video Library Management: Maintain and organize a video library, ensuring all assets are properly archived and accessible for future use.

Video Producer Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
• Creative vision with the ability to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects from start to finish.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in producing content for nonprofits, events, or social media.
