For example, This role empowers four teams to share inspiring stories, reach families and partners, and raise the financial and social capital needed to expand opportunities for marginalized youth. The VP ensures campaigns, tools, and outreach remain aligned, data-driven, and mission-focused.
Key Responsibilities
As a result, Strategic Leadership & Oversight Lead and coordinate the following pods: Donor Impact (Fundraising & Sponsorships), Marketing & Outreach, Student Engagement & Experience, iLevelUP Tech Hub (Technology & Digital Tools) Develop annual and quarterly team goals aligned with iLevelUP’s priorities.
Consequently, Create the strategic roadmap for storytelling, fundraising, awareness campaigns, and platform optimization. Fundraising & Campaign Coordination Partner with the Donor Impact VP to design and execute giving campaigns, sponsor stewardship, and donor cultivation journeys.
Next, Ensure all fundraising is supported with compelling narratives, effective technology, and measurable impact stories. Track KPIs to improve donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
