Finance Committee Member Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Financial Planning: Participate in the development and approval of the organization’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and review the organization’s financial performance, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
  • Investment Strategy: Advise on the investment of funds to ensure proper stewardship and growth of financial assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance and Development teams, as well as external financial planners, to manage the organization’s financial portfolio.
