Feedback Analyst role overview
As an iLevelUP Feedback Analyst, you will contribute practical expertise to a nonprofit education product in limited beta. Turn audience and donor feedback into practical improvements. Gather information, identify patterns, and present clear recommendations to marketing and fundraising collaborators.
You will work with the relevant team to agree on priorities, review progress, and document decisions. Because the product is still developing, clear handoffs and useful feedback matter.
What you will own
Your contribution centers on the responsibilities below. First, understand the current work and the needs of your collaborators. Next, agree on a manageable scope with the team lead. Then, share progress and raise blockers early. Finally, document the decisions that your teammates need for the next step.
Feedback Analyst responsibilities
- Gather feedback from marketing campaigns, events, and donor interactions through surveys, questionnaires, and informal conversations.
- Analyze feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our marketing and event strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on feedback findings, presenting insights and recommendations to the marketing and event teams.
- Work closely with the marketing, communications, and event teams to provide feedback-driven insights that inform strategy adjustments.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event success, donor engagement, and campaign performance.
- Recommend strategies and adjustments based on feedback analysis to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns and events.
Early deliverables
- First, review the current data analysis and insights work and identify useful next steps with your team lead.
- Next, agree on an initial deliverable, its review criteria, and the people who need to contribute.
- Finally, complete a reviewable piece of work and document what the next contributor needs to know.
Feedback Analyst required qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Familiarity with feedback tools such as surveys, questionnaires, or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently on data analysis tasks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel, and Google Suite.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting young learners.
Feedback Analyst helpful experience
- Experience in marketing analytics, event analysis, or data-driven campaign assessments.
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and campaign evaluation methods.
- Experience working in a nonprofit or community-focused organization is a plus.
