Feedback Analyst Key Responsibilities

• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from marketing campaigns, events, and donor interactions through surveys, questionnaires, and informal conversations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our marketing and event strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on feedback findings, presenting insights and recommendations to the marketing and event teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and event teams to provide feedback-driven insights that inform strategy adjustments.
• Metrics & KPIs: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event success, donor engagement, and campaign performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend strategies and adjustments based on feedback analysis to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns and events.

Feedback Analyst Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
