Role Summary: iLevelUP, an innovative initiative under Believe in Me, is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Forum Moderator to coordinate team efforts and manage content-related discussions in the app’s online community. As part of the Content Management Team, you will ensure that content-related projects are delivered on time and that discussions align with the organization’s mission to empower first-generation college students. Your role will be essential in fostering a positive and supportive environment in the app’s forums.

Forum Moderator Key Responsibilities

• Content Moderation: Monitor and manage discussions in the app’s forums to ensure content is appropriate, constructive, and aligned with iLevelUP’s mission.
• Community Engagement: Foster positive interactions among users, encouraging respectful and helpful discussions.
• Project Coordination: Work with the content team to ensure content-related projects and initiatives are completed on time and meet strategic objectives.
• Feedback & Reporting: Collect user feedback and report any issues or improvements to the content and development teams.
• User Support: Provide assistance to users navigating the forum, answering questions, and resolving conflicts as needed.

Forum Moderator Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management or forum moderation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate an online community.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with content management and online community platforms.
• Preferred Qualifications
