In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, cultivating relationships, and coordinating sponsorship activities for events, campaigns, and special initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability of iLevelUP by securing vital partnerships with corporations and community organizations

Sponsorship Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Sponsorship Identification: Research and identify prospective sponsors, including corporations, community organizations, and other potential partners that align with iLevelUP’s mission.
• Sponsorship Outreach: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors through personalized outreach, meetings, and presentations.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals, clearly outlining the benefits of partnership with iLevelUP and the impact of their contributions.
• Sponsorship Management: Oversee the fulfillment of sponsorship agreements, ensuring that sponsors receive appropriate recognition and benefits as outlined in their agreements.
• Event & Campaign Support: Collaborate with the fundraising and event teams to integrate sponsorship opportunities into key events and campaigns.
• Reporting & Stewardship: Provide sponsors with regular updates on the impact of their support and ensure ongoing communication to maintain and deepen relationships.
• Partnership Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align sponsorship strategies with broader fundraising and organizational goals.

Sponsorship Coordinator Qualifications

• Proven experience in sponsorship coordination, corporate partnerships, or fundraising roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential sponsors.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sponsorships, deadlines, and details.
• Experience in creating and presenting sponsorship proposals, with a focus on aligning sponsor goals with the mission of iLevelUP.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience managing sponsor information and agreements.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting first-generation college students.
• Preferred Qualifications
