Project Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project goals, develop detailed plans, and lead the team in executing tasks, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
  • Team Coordination: Recruit, onboard, and assign tasks to volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to address them.

Project Manager Qualifications
