The Volunteer Outreach Coordinator plays a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of the iLevelUP app. By building and maintaining strategic partnerships, this individual will help us connect with schools, universities, nonprofit organizations, and other entities aligned with our mission. The Outreach Coordinator will be instrumental in promoting the app, securing collaborations, and enhancing the network of support for first-generation college students.
Outreach Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Partner Engagement: Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofits, and other organizations that can contribute to or benefit from the app.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and support.
- Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of the app among potential partners and supporters.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between "Believe in Me" and partner organizations, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Collaboration Opportunities: Identify and propose opportunities for joint initiatives, events, or programs that can enhance the app’s reach and impact.
- Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from partners to improve partnership strategies and report on partnership activities and outcomes to the project team.
