Role Summary iLevelUP, an innovative initiative under Believe in Me, is seeking a meticulous Volunteer Data Integrity Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across systems. As part of the Data Management Team, you will safeguard data integrity, performing audits and quality checks to maintain reliable and trustworthy data, which is crucial for supporting the organization’s mission to empower first-generation college students.
Data Integrity Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Data Auditing: Perform regular audits of databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Data Integrity Specialist Qualifications
- Experience with data-quality review, reconciliation, validation, stewardship, or comparable analytical work.
- Ability to define and apply completeness, consistency, accuracy, uniqueness, and timeliness checks.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, or data-quality tools and structured documentation practices.
- Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to investigate discrepancies methodically.
- Ability to communicate findings without exposing personal, confidential, or production data.
