Social Media Manager Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with our project milestones, promotional campaigns, and community events. Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content tailored to each social media platform.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our community on social media by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations that foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and organic content. Use insights to inform future content strategies and increase engagement and reach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Outreach Team to ensure cohesive messaging across all communication channels. Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and promotional strategies.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent and advocate for the Believe in Me mission in all social media activities. Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, mission, and values.
Social Media Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, nonprofit, or similar organization.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content.
