Fundraising Lead Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and mission.
  • Identify and pursue grant opportunities, including researching, proposal writing, and submission management.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Coordinate and oversee fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet fundraising targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Outreach team to promote fundraising initiatives and engage the community.
  • Manage a team of volunteers involved in fundraising activities, providing guidance, support, and direction.
