About iLevelUP

Digital Advertising Manager role overview
As an iLevelUP Digital Advertising Manager, you will contribute practical expertise to a nonprofit education product in limited beta. Plan responsible digital advertising around clear goals. Coordinate campaign briefs, audience strategies, tracking, and reporting within approved budgets and workflows.
You will work with the relevant team to agree on priorities, review progress, and document decisions. Because the product is still developing, clear handoffs and useful feedback matter.
What you will own
Your contribution centers on the responsibilities below. First, understand the current work and the needs of your collaborators. Next, agree on a manageable scope with the team lead. Then, share progress and raise blockers early. Finally, document the decisions that your teammates need for the next step.
Digital Advertising Manager responsibilities
- Develop channel plans, audience strategies, budgets, timelines, and measurable objectives for approved digital campaigns.
- Prepare and review campaign briefs, creative requirements, tracking conventions, and launch checklists.
- Monitor delivery and performance using approved aggregate metrics and recommend responsible optimizations.
- Coordinate with content, design, analytics, and program volunteers to maintain consistent and accurate messaging.
- Apply platform policies, consent requirements, accessibility practices, and organizational approval controls.
- Document results, limitations, and lessons learned without using sensitive personal data or unsupported claims.
Early deliverables
- First, review the current digital advertising and performance marketing work and identify useful next steps with your team lead.
- Next, agree on an initial deliverable, its review criteria, and the people who need to contribute.
- Finally, complete a reviewable piece of work and document what the next contributor needs to know.
Digital Advertising Manager required qualifications
- Experience planning or managing digital advertising, performance marketing, or comparable audience campaigns.
- Working knowledge of campaign objectives, targeting, creative testing, conversion measurement, and attribution limitations.
- Ability to interpret aggregate performance data and explain recommendations clearly to non-specialists.
- Strong project management, budget awareness, quality-control, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with privacy, consent, accessibility, brand-safety, and advertising-platform policy considerations.
- Ability to work within approval gates; this role does not independently authorize spending or publication.

- In addition, examples of clear documentation and remote collaboration are useful to share with your application.
How we work
