As a Project Management Specialist, you will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, content, and compliance—driving progress while learning the full lifecycle of product delivery and secure software operations. This role is designed as a growth track position with a clear path toward promotion to Program Manager within 12-18 months. You’ll begin by coordinating sprints and technical workflows and gradually take on broader strategic initiatives including IAM, cybersecurity governance, and program leadership.

Technical Project Management Specialist – Product & Security Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain integrated product and security plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate planning, status, risk, and decision reviews with product, engineering, design, and security collaborators.
  • Track security and privacy requirements alongside functional requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Document decisions, assumptions, issues, mitigations, and escalation paths in approved project systems.
  • Coordinate release-readiness, testing, rollback, and post-release review activities without independently approving production changes.
  • Communicate progress and blockers clearly while protecting confidential, personal, and security-sensitive information.
